Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Beautelle Glow products. If you are not completely satisfied, our refund policy is designed to help.

Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Returns: We accept returns on gently used or unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as lip gloss wands and mascara cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken, unless the product arrived defective.
